Terms

Standard terms are 100% net 30 days for standard product sales. Visa and Master Card billing is available. For projects, engineered systems and larger quantity product orders terms are 30% in advance, 60% net 30 days, 10% after startup. We accept electronics funds payments and for international orders we accept wire transfers. For detailed terms information please download our full terms.

Warranty

Standard product warranty is 1 year from shipment. Extended warranties up to 3 years are available on many products. Some product warranties may require onsite commissioning or a support plan. For further standard warranty information please refer to FilterSense’s Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Deliveries

Please confirm your lead time need at time of order. Average lead time for standard sensors, instruments, and basic controls in standard quantities is 3 weeks. Rush delivery is available. Repairs and spare parts average 1-5 days. For specials and large quantity orders of standard products please contact the sales department for a lead time quotation.
